Although we have historically operated as a pipeline gathering and transportation company (with a small portfolio of offshore leasehold interests), in 2009 we began shifting our focus away from acquiring additional strategic pipeline assets along the Texas and Louisiana Gulf Coast to finding opportunities in the downstream market where we could leverage our existing assets, particularly our onshore facilities in Freeport, Texas. 

Current growth opportunities include expansion of our Freeport onshore facilities for the receipt, storage and redelivery of crude/condensate; acquisition of transportation, processing and storage assets along the Texas and Louisiana Gulf Coasts; and expansion of our leasehold interest portfolio (onshore and offshore, domestically and internationally).
